Another workout down...

Well, I'm following the plan to train for the salt lake city half marathon, as provided by Team in Training... so, it won't be the same workout that everyone else is doing, but it can be brutal at times none-the-less.

I did 45 min of the elliptical machine for my "cross training"... I felt good, but I missed running--oddly enough.

Also, today I got a free "gift" from runners world, a little handbook of 250 runners tips. It is legit. I'll have to put a few things on here.
