It was great to meet everyone on Monday and be back in UT! I wanted to thank Craig for letting us meet at his house and for the wonderful running paraphernalia that decorated your house.
So I tried to run tonight and had a goal to run atleast 4 miles. I made it two and gave up and went and lifted weights. I felt like I was going to throw up. I think I pushed myself too hard. Craig, I would be curious to see some of those 250 running tips. I'll be looking forward to the post.

You bet man... I actually want to see if I can find a PDF of it somewhere so I can email it around to everyone... I'm sure you will get right back to Boston shape soon man, (this is Brady, right?)
