I tried running to music this week and it's 10 times better! It takes yer mind off the hurt and the rhythm helps keep a good pace. I'm game for the music idea!
My trip to Florida got changed from March 10-13 to March 17-19th. I'm available the 10th or 24th for a Monday night meeting.
